Graphic Designer

The role involves creating high-converting e-commerce and Amazon listings, EDM designs, and dynamic short-form video content for social media. The designer will also conduct market research and iterate designs based on performance data and team feedback.
Responsibilities
- Study design and marketing briefs from the Creative Lead and Marketing Operations Manager
- Conduct market research on top-performing competitors
- Transform raw product images into professional, high-converting e-commerce and Amazon-style listings
- Create lifestyle shots and contextual visuals from scratch
- Design compelling static images and dynamic GIFs for web, email, and digital storefronts
- Produce high-impact product videos for websites and YouTube
- Prepare drafts, storyboards, and concepts quickly with efficient turnaround
- Apply appropriate colors, typography, and layouts to ensure all assets are visually striking, persuasive, and on-brand
- Test graphics and videos across formats and devices to ensure flawless presentation
- Revise designs and video edits based on performance data and team feedback
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience working as a graphics/digital designer
- Competent and experienced with Adobe Creative Cloud & Canva
- Proficient in using AI tools for image generation and video generation
