The UX Designer will lead end-to-end user research and design a unified customer control panel for a shared hosting platform. They will collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate research insights into high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Designing and iterating on unified customer control panel
- Translating fragmented management flow into a single cohesive experience
- Owning, planning and coordinating user testing program
- Conducting user interviews and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data
- Building wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in UX design
- Genuine curiosity about how and why people behave the way they do
- Ability to own user research independently
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma and UXPin
- Solid understanding of website and app design principles, including HTML and CSS
