UX Designer, Verily Me

Design and iterate on consumer-oriented features that simplify complex health data and drive behavior change. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to translate technical requirements into intuitive interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on delightful, consumer-oriented features that simplify complex health data, drive behavior change, and encourage engagement
• Translate user research and analytics into scalable design frameworks and service blueprints that evolve the core product and create a continuous feedback loop between program insights and the platform
• Lead work streams within projects, exercising considerable judgment to translate clinical and technical requirements into intuitive, beautiful interfaces
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and clinicians to align on project execution and ensure high-quality implementation

Requirements

• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating work across the end-to-end design process, from conceptual foundations to refined details
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field with 3+ years of professional UX experience
• Proven ability to work independently to define a strategy and solution for a product or feature by bridging user needs with requirements to ensure a cohesive and trustworthy end-to-end experience
• Proficiency in Figma and a deep understanding of designing accessible, responsive web and mobile applications
