Responsibilities
- Provide daily direction, mentoring, and work orchestration for a pod of designers
- Lead the evolution of design system libraries
- Drive design system strategy, roadmap, and discovery work
- Oversee and facilitate design system governance
- Define and drive alignment to design system standards, patterns, principles, and accessibility requirements
Requirements
- University/college degree
- 8+ years of industry relevant experience
- Experience in design systems
- Hands-on leadership experience
- Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
