Senior Visual Designer

Develop and lead high-quality visual concepts and brand expressions across digital and physical mediums for Copilot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the brand identity system and translate strategic goals into compelling visual narratives.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong visual concepts that elevate brand expression across mediums
- Present work clearly and confidently to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate closely with partners across Marketing, Product, Communications, and the broader MAI organization
- Evolve, uphold, and extend the brand identity and design system
- Lead creative projects end-to-end, from concept development through production and implementation
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
- A portfolio or work samples highlighting at least 5 years of experience delivering end-to-end creative solutions
- Advanced skills in graphic design/illustration, including typography, layout, and visual systems
- Proficiency in motion design tools
