Member of Creative Studio (Web Designer - Marketing & Landing Pages)

Own the end-to-end design of marketing and landing pages while creating a scalable CMS design system for internal self-serve page creation. Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and engineers to ensure high-converting, on-brand web experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the design of marketing pages, landing pages, and growth surfaces end-to-end
• Create and own the CMS design system
• Partner with Growth and Product Marketing to translate business goals into compelling page designs
• Work with Brand to keep visual consistency across every web touchpoint
• Collaborate directly with front-end engineers to ship pages quickly and at a high quality bar

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of web and marketing design work
• Excellent visual design skills with a clear sense of brand, typography, and composition
• Hands-on experience designing within and for CMS/templating systems
• Experience at the intersection of brand and growth
• Comfort working fast and iterating in real time alongside engineers
• Fluency in Figma and a solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance
