Principal Product Designer

Lead end-to-end product design for the Card Platform and support the Trust & Invest business line. Drive customer research and synthesize insights to shape product requirements and improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design for the Card Platform
- Support the design needs of the Trust & Invest business
- Drive customer insight and research
- Be the team's strongest advocate for the user perspective in cross-functional discussions
- Operate as a senior design thought-partner for product and engineering leadership
- Represent design in client-facing settings where needed
- Produce polished, well-considered design work using existing design patterns
- Maintain design coherence across a product suite that serves multiple user types
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or a regulated product environment is a plus
- Stellar end-to-end design chops
- Experience designing for complex, multi-user-type products
- High collaboration instinct
- Excellent judgment about process
- Comfortable presenting design decisions and rationale to senior stakeholders
