Founding Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design of core product features and establish the company's design systems and standards. Collaborate with founders and engineering to build an AI-native platform for legal departments and scale the design culture.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design, build, and iterate on core product features
- Own product work end-to-end, partnering with engineering to define problems and validate concepts
- Set the standards, establish the design system and processes, and ensure a consistent, seamless, and thoughtful product experience
- Help improve how customer feedback is solicited and incorporated into the product
- Build the design team and culture from the ground up in close collaboration with the co-founders
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, or a related role within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Front-end development experience or willingness to code with AI tools
- Demonstrated track record of entrepreneurship or success in an unstructured environment
- Empathy to understand what a customer is feeling and the emotional intelligence to know what would feel natural to them
