Lead UX Designer

Lead the design and optimization of user experiences across all platforms for acquisition, care, and product services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and documentation while mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user experiences for acquisition, care, or product across all platforms
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design solutions
- Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Develop and organize the structure and flow of information within the product
- Ensure that designs comply with usability and accessibility standards
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior colleagues in and outside of design
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in interaction or product design
- Deep expertise in Design Thinking and Lean UX
- A strong portfolio that showcases end-to-end product design and user-centered thinking
- Proficiency with design tools, including Figma, FigJam, and Lovable
- Experience partnering with engineers to deliver product features and releases
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices
- At least 3 years of experience leading collaborative design sessions with diverse stakeholders
