Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer is responsible for delivering end-to-end human-centered design solutions to meet business KPIs and OKRs. This includes partnering with product and research teams to advocate for customers and guiding the iterative design process from discovery to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver results toward business KPIs and OKRs
- Formulate multiple solutions to given problems
- Convey ideas and insights in a clear and concise manner
- Partner with the product team in the product discovery process
- Advocate for customers by understanding their needs, nuances, and root causes of their problems
Requirements
- College or university degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Hands-on designer proficient in user research techniques, interaction design, visual design, and usability testing
- Data-driven and use quantitative as well as qualitative data sources to inform design decisions
- Understanding of Lean and Agile practices
