Graphic Designer

Develop original creative design concepts for web and print materials to advance the organization's mission while maintaining brand consistency. Manage the full design lifecycle from customer consultation and revision to final delivery and digital newsletter scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for original and creative designs for web and print
- Provide original, creative design concepts to meet customer needs, and work with customers through revision processes to fine-tune designs and provide final deliverables
- Work directly with customers and print production staff to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and specifications
- Design and manage the scheduling of digital newsletters for various CRCNA audiences
- Create and format new CRCNA web pages and update existing pages according to customer requests
- Assume responsibility for the organization and follow-up of assigned jobs to meet the schedule and projected costs
- Observe accurate and consistent housekeeping procedures, including ticket creation, naming, archiving, and organizing
Requirements
- Demonstrate good communication skills, working relationships, and team participation
- Expertise in design for a wide range of products, including curriculum, books, promotional materials, newsletters, and on-screen media
- Ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly layouts for websites and print materials
- Ability to adapt design to a variety of settings and appropriate audiences of different age levels
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web interfaces
- Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills
- Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills
