Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences
- Build on existing design foundations by refining patterns, improving consistency, and contributing to the evolution of our design system
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners
- Translate user insights, data, and feedback into clear interaction models and elegant visual solutions
- Produce high-quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final production assets
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio that demonstrates best work
- Deep understanding of design systems
- Strong sense of visual and interaction design craft
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit
