Founding Product Designer (UI/UX)

The Founding Product Designer will own the end-to-end user experience, establishing the design language and system for AI agents and customer platforms. This includes translating complex AI workflows into intuitive interfaces and collaborating with founders and engineers for pixel-perfect execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire design process, from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
- Translate complex user needs and product requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
- Work directly with the founders, product managers, and engineers to define both the long-term design vision and the short-term tactical execution
- Establish and own Lanceās design system, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and advocate for the user
Requirements
- A world-class portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX, visual design, and product thinking
- Experience in product design, with a focus on complex B2B SaaS or enterprise applications
- Deep expertise in modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
- A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for solving complex problems
- High ownership and a bias for action
Benefits
- Total compensation package of $100,000 - $160,000, including cash, equity, and bonus
