Remote $160,000 - $190,000 Full-time Senior

Lead the design and prototyping of AI-powered editorial experiences to enhance the subscription strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products while ensuring journalistic integrity and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with product teams to identify opportunities to integrate AI into products and features
  • Imagining concepts for delivering new AI-powered experiences
  • Using quantitative data and qualitative research to inform design decisions
  • Creating clear prototypes to validate desirability, feasibility, and usability
  • Representing work to leadership and influencing the company's AI strategy
  • Working with engineering teams in an Agile development environment
  • Championing AI innovation and ethics

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager or product designer
  • Recent experience creating coded prototypes using AI-enabled tools and workflows
  • Case studies/portfolio of shipped work demonstrating experience working in 0-to-1 environments
  • Experience designing user experiences that use AI/LLM
  • Experience refining AI's tone, format, and behavior to align with brand guidelines and product quality benchmarks
