Own a product domain to deliver high-quality, scalable user experiences and intuitive workflows. Collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to drive design decisions from discovery through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own design work in a product group while partnering with Product and Engineering
- Lead design research and share insights with stakeholders
- Design end-to-end user experiences considering scale, edge cases, and long-term impact
- Collaborate with other designers and give/receive thoughtful feedback
- Lead design on complex initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Create and maintain user journeys and define interaction patterns
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership, systems thinking, and product impact
- Proven experience driving user research and translating insights into product decisions
- Ability to define interaction patterns and contribute to scalable design solutions
