Product Designer

The Product Designer will translate complex problems into user-centered solutions by collaborating with PMs and Engineers. Responsibilities include owning design execution from concept to delivery and contributing to the organizational design system.
Responsibilities
- Contribute as a core designer in 1-2 product groups
- Develop close partnerships with Product and Engineering
- Rapidly prototype designs for validation and iterate based on peer and user feedback
- Conduct user research with guidance, helping translate insights into design decisions
- Actively participate in critiques clearly communicate design rationale and tradeoffs
- Own design execution for projects from concept through delivery
- Present your work at structured reviews with design leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing digital products for web and/or mobile
- A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction and visual design skills
- Experience contributing to end-to-end design work from discovery to delivery
- Familiarity with user research methods and ability to incorporate feedback effectively into design decisions
- Ability to design beyond the happy path, considering edge cases and more
