Civil Design Manager - Site Design

Lead quality assurance and senior-level design reviews for mixed-use, commercial, and residential land development projects. Direct project staff on technical aspects and serve as a consultative resource for clients.
Responsibilities
- Directs and manages staff on technical aspects of projects
- Plans and oversees the quality review process of project deliverables
- Provides a consultative resource to clients for project resolution
- Strengthen and further develop subject matter expertise in certain design areas
- Provides senior-level design review for various projects on the team and acts as a resource for technical issues
- May assist in the preparation of project studies by completing drawings, sketching, or acquiring data
- Promotes efficiencies in producing quality work
- Supervises and reviews assignments of less experienced staff
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team
- Associate Degree in Drafting
- 10 years of CAD software experience (AutoCAD Civil 3d)
- Project Management skills for medium-sized projects
