Founding Product Designer

Own and elevate the end-to-end UX/UI across mobile, web, and internal platforms while building a scalable design system from the ground up. Partner with leadership and engineering to translate complex healthcare flows into simple, trustworthy user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own UX/UI across mobile apps, web app, marketing site, and internal tools
- Build design systems from the ground up, including components, patterns, and frameworks
- Apply excellent visual taste to ensure every surface feels modern and trustworthy
- Bring clarity to ambiguity, turning fuzzy problem spaces into crisp concepts and prototypes
- Partner with engineering, product management, and the CEO to drive product strategy and narrative
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of product design experience
- Excellent visual taste and strong UI skills
- User + data mindset, pairing qualitative feedback with analytics
- Ability to thrive in 0-1, high-velocity environments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
