Sr. Software Development Engineer, Data Center Design Engineering - BIM & AI Technologies

Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered design automation and scalable production systems for global data center infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM platforms with AWS services and mentor junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable solutions for complex problems in the BIM and design automation space
- Lead the development of new features and services that deliver data center design projects faster while maintaining high quality standards
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices
- Collaborate with applied scientists to productionize ML models for BIM and AECO applications
- Design and implement integrations between BIM platforms and AWS services
- Implement human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows that combine engineering expertise with AI automation
Requirements
- 7+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 7+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- 7+ years of experience developing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software solutions for the AECO industry
