Senior UX Researcher

Define and execute comprehensive user research programs to inform product strategy and design decisions within a core product area. Lead exploratory, generative, and tactical research initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional agile teams to address customer pain points.
Responsibilities
- Determine and recommend the most efficient and effective user-centered research approaches
- Lead exploratory and generative research studies
- Plan, design, and execute tactical research initiatives
- Monitor UX project execution, including establishing and tracking relevant UX project metrics and UX product scorecards
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in a field such as Cognitive Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Human Factors, Engineering Psychology, Interactive Design, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of UX research experience
- Experience in UX research on B2B SaaS solutions
- Experience conducting both exploratory/generative and tactical research, including usability testing and concept testing
