The role involves designing intuitive and high-performance mobile experiences for iOS and Android within a banking context. You will lead the product reflection from discovery to delivery, collaborating with tech and product teams to translate business goals into fluid user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Designs intuitive, elegant, and performant mobile experiences, placing users at the heart of decisions
- Leads product thinking from discovery to delivery, in close collaboration with product and technical teams
- Translates user needs and business objectives into fluid journeys, relevant features, and engaging interfaces
- Creates wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to test, iterate, and validate concepts
- Ensures consistency of experiences across all mobile platforms
- Exploits user feedback and analytical data to continuously improve the experience and maximize product impact
- Animates co-design workshops and facilitates alignment between stakeholders
- Accompanies developers in implementation and ensures quality of design deliverables
Requirements
- Passionate about digital product design, particularly mobile uses
- Curious and solution-oriented with a user-centered approach
- Product thinking: understands business challenges and designs useful, usable, and desirable experiences
- Prototyping and testing: comfortable with rapid iteration and hypothesis validation through experimentation
- Analysis and data: uses qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
- Communication and collaboration: able to present, argue, and co-construct with product and technical teams
- Autonomy and impact: takes initiatives and contributes actively to product decisions
- Agility: naturally evolves in an agile and multidisciplinary environment
- Mastery of main design and prototyping tools, including Figma
- Comfortable with design-dev workflows
