Lead the user vision and design strategy for mobile applications within a BtoE industrial context. Coordinate with Product Owners and developers to conduct user research, animate ideation workshops, and produce high-fidelity interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research to identify real problems and needs in an industrial context
- Animate ideation and co-construction workshops to design innovative solutions
- Produce high-fidelity interfaces respecting the Design System in place
- Ensure the consistency of user journeys and visual interfaces across all products
- Define and support UX, UI, and UR standards for products
- Participate in different project phases (Discovery, Zoom, Launch, Delivery, Run) and adapt to agile methods
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Lead Designer or UX senior
- Knowledge of mobile environments
- Mastery of UX methods, user testing, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, XD, Axure...)
- Excellent ability to work in an agile team, with analytical skills, rigor, and creativity
