UI/UX Designer (m/w/d) – Generalist (Elternzeitvertretung)

Design intuitive and consistent user experiences for digital products across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and maintain the design system.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and consistent user experiences for digital products (web and mobile)
- Maintain and extend existing design systems
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes (mainly in Figma)
- Work actively on the development and maintenance of the design system
- Translate requirements from product, marketing, and tech into clear, user-centered design solutions
- Conduct or support user research, usability tests, and data-driven optimizations
- Ensure designs are consistent, scalable, and accessible
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in designing digital products
- Strong understanding of UX methods, user flows, research, testing, and iterative design
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, and interaction
- Experience with Figma (including prototyping, auto layout, and components)
- Strong understanding of technical feasibility
- Fluent in German and English
