Senior Product Designer
Mondoo Remote (🇺🇸 United States of America)
Lead the design of core platform initiatives from concept to production, translating technical workflows into user-friendly experiences. Partner with engineering to build and extend the design system using real code and AI tooling.
Responsibilities
- Champion our design principles in all of your work
- Explore broadly before converging
- Diverge on layout, structure, and approach — then pick a direction and commit
- Lead design on core platform initiatives from concept through craft
- Translate dense technical workflows into experiences humans can actually understand
Requirements
- 4-6 years of product design experience
- Ideally with time spent at early-stage or fast-moving startups
- A considered portfolio with zoomed-in detail and zoomed-out strategy
- Craft obsession: Strong command of design foundations like typography, space, color theory, as well as UX clarity, and micro-interaction care
