Own the end-to-end UX for a core AI smart assistant app across iOS, Android, and web platforms. Design complex AI-assisted workflows, including intent capture, progress tracking, and error recovery states.
Responsibilities
- Own the UX of A1's core app surfaces across iOS, Android, and web
- Design complete user flows for AI-assisted tasks, including handoff, progress tracking, and error recovery
- Work with product, engineering, and ML teams to define user requirements and translate them into concrete design solutions
- Conduct usability research to understand where users lose trust, feel uncertain, or disengage
- Produce wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that engineering can build from directly
Requirements
- Experience as a UX designer on consumer mobile or web apps, with a strong portfolio
- Solid skills in user flow design, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma
- Ability to design for systems that are asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent
- Clear thinking about user trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven product experiences
