Define and maintain the visual language and design system for an AI smart assistant across web and mobile platforms. Create visual patterns and components that help users understand dynamic AI-generated content and system reliability signals.
Responsibilities
- Design the visual language, design system, and UI components for A1's product across web and mobile
- Create visual patterns that help users parse AI-generated content, distinguish system states, and understand confidence and reliability signals
- Work with product and UX designers to translate interaction flows into polished, accessible visual designs
- Build and maintain a design system that supports speed, consistency, and clarity
- Contribute visual assets and design specs that engineers can implement accurately
Requirements
- Experience as a visual or UI designer with a portfolio across web or mobile products
- Strong skills in typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma and experience building or contributing to design systems
- Ability to design for dynamic content where AI output varies in length, format, tone, and reliability
- Understanding of accessibility standards and how to design for legibility and contrast
