Lead the end-to-end design of the group travel and events product, shaping experiences for corporate planners, suppliers, and participants. Partner with product and engineering teams to translate user research into intuitive, scalable product flows.
Responsibilities
- Own the Events experience end-to-end, shaping what's worth solving and bringing the team along
- Lead strategic conversations across the triad and with leadership, shaping direction and scope
- Partner with PM, engineering, and events support team to drive execution with craft and speed
- Conduct and synthesize user research to deeply understand customer problems
- Prototype rapidly using tools like Claude and Cursor to explore interaction patterns
- Stay current on emerging AI trends and product patterns, building a clear point of view on what matters
Requirements
- Staff-level IC track record with examples of end-to-end ownership at scale
- Experience working autonomously to design complex, multi-step product flows
- Ability to move fluidly between big questions and craft-level details
- Strong customer empathy and design thinking
- Fluency in data and modern prototyping tools
- Comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git
