Product Designer

The Product Designer is responsible for understanding diverse user personas to design collaborative tools for restoration work. This includes conducting independent user research, synthesizing data, and creating prototypes to validate solutions within cross-functional pods.

Responsibilities

• Understand all stakeholders and design across the gap
• Work in a remote-first, async-friendly culture that values ownership and trust
• Run your own research
• Schedule interviews, go onsite, and bring field signal into every decision
• Share work in progress before it's comfortable and treat collaboration as a starting point
• Take a position and give one clear recommendation
• Carry the vision across features without re-litigating it each time
• Be fluent with AI in your workflow
• Synthesize research, prototype beyond Figma, and explore with prompts

Requirements
