Serve as an Agile Scrum team member providing UI/UX design and development for releasable software in short sprint cycles. Lead the creation of cohesive look-and-feel, standardized user experiences, and design strategies across multiple applications.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an Agile Scrum team member providing UI/UX design and development for the delivery of releasable software in short sprint cycles
- Conceptualizing and designing custom software application capabilities for a variety of legacy and modernized systems
- Lead the design of a cohesive look-and-feel and standardized user experience across the applications
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and/or prototypes supporting design ideas and effectively communicate ideas to various stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in a related field, such as Interactive Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design or Human Factors
- 7+ years of experience as a visual designer, interaction designer, experience designer or a similar role
- Professional experience with enterprise UI design tools such as Figma (preferred), Axure, or similar tools
- Professional experience communicating designs with stakeholders such as product owners, end users, development teams, and management
