Lead service design and process improvement projects from discovery to optimization using user-centered design and data-driven insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to embed continuous improvement practices and mentor team members to build organizational capability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead service design and process improvement projects
  • Embed user-centered design principles and continuous improvement practices
  • Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and re-design processes
  • Develop process maps, personas, journeys, and design artifacts
  • Oversee documentation and ensure alignment with organizational architecture and delivery frameworks

Requirements

  • Experience in service design and product development
  • Project management experience, ideally in agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Understanding of user research principles, personas, journey mapping, and co-design
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence change
  • Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to champion change and communicate effectively
