Service Design Manager

Lead service design and process improvement projects from discovery to optimization using user-centered design and data-driven insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to embed continuous improvement practices and mentor team members to build organizational capability.
Responsibilities
- Lead service design and process improvement projects
- Embed user-centered design principles and continuous improvement practices
- Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and re-design processes
- Develop process maps, personas, journeys, and design artifacts
- Oversee documentation and ensure alignment with organizational architecture and delivery frameworks
Requirements
- Experience in service design and product development
- Project management experience, ideally in agile and waterfall methodologies
- Understanding of user research principles, personas, journey mapping, and co-design
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and influence change
- Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Ability to champion change and communicate effectively
