UX Designer

The role involves owning the end-to-end user experience across the full product suite, from research and discovery to design and validation. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into intuitive, scalable SaaS interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Act as a core owner of UX across ETBâs full product suite, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to deliver cohesive, scalable design solutions
- Collaborate day-to-day with Product Managers and Engineering leads to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences
- Create and maintain user journeys, task flows, interaction models, and information architecture that support consistency across ETBâs integrated product ecosystem
- Design clear, usable, and accessible interfaces across all ETB products, balancing usability, efficiency, and visual clarity for technical and non-technical users
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX or product design experience
- Proficient in UX design and prototyping tools, including Figma
- Strong knowledge of core SaaS UX patterns
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfort making decisions, prioritizing work, and advocating for users
- Deep understanding of user-centered and human-centered design principles
