Own the end-to-end UX process from research to delivery for fintech products, including conducting user interviews and usability testing. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement designs and mentor junior designers on design system best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own UX processes from research to design delivery across various fintech products
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, and other UX research practices
- Translate research into clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
- Promote user-centered design principles within the product development process
- Use AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance research, ideation, and documentation
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to bring designs to life
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience using AI tools in design workflows
- Understanding of prompt writing for ChatGPT or similar tools
- Solid portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and user-focused design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
