Design Manager

Coordinate the design development and delivery of large-scale land development infrastructure projects, including roads and water networks. Manage project stakeholders, ensure quality standards are met, and oversee contract terms and scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Participating in and coordinating the design development and delivery of large and multi-discipline land development infrastructure projects
• Coordinating, monitoring and verifying design progress and submittals at all design phases
• Liaising with the various project stakeholders, including internal teams, the client, consultants and contractors
• Participating in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures
• Ensuring project standards and Quality Management procedures are implemented across each of the technical areas involved in the project
• Organizing, attending or chairing design meetings and workshops

Requirements

• 15+ years of work experience in civil engineering
• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Master's degree is preferable
• Proven experience in the design of various infrastructures
• Experienced in 3D modeling infrastructure design methodologies and software
• Knowledge in BIM and AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage
