Design and enhance intuitive mobile and web experiences for FinCrime agents and global customers, focusing on transactions and funds movement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and reduce operational costs through user-centric design.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Wise customers and their goals
- Engage with agents to build empathy and gain insight into the challenges they face when using our internal products
- Leverage your full range of Product Design skills to discover, design, and deliver simple, crafted mobile and web experiences that both agents and customers love
- Play an influential role in your team, enhancing customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality
- Fully partner with your cross-functional team to define the roadmap and ensure that you collectively work on the most impactful work for our customers
Requirements
- Portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people
- Experience designing for mobile and web desktop surfaces – including customer experiences and internal tools
- Experience with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales
- Practise evidence-based design, and can rationalise your decisions clearly and credibly
- Focus on the customer and your design practice is inherently strategic
