Lead the end-to-end UX process from research and concept to prototyping and iteration for an esports intelligence platform. Design simple, intuitive experiences for complex data flows, including match pages, player profiles, and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Own UX end-to-end: research → concept → prototypes → user testing → iteration
- Design simple experiences for complex data
- Define and refine flows for: Match & tournament pages, Player & team profiles, News & content discovery, Onboarding + gamification
- Work closely with PM, data team, and FE engineers (Next.js / React)
- Conduct UX research, interviews, usability tests
- Transform insights into clear product decisions
- Advocate for users while balancing speed, scope, and product priorities
- Bring new ideas — creativity is welcome
Requirements
- 5+ years of UX experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and process
- Excellent information architecture — you bring clarity to complex interfaces
- Experience designing web apps with heavy data context
- Mastery of Figma
- Experience running research and usability testing
- Experience with design systems
- Collaborative mindset — you work well with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English
