Solutions Design Manager (Supply Chain)

Onsite $80,000 - $120,000 (SGD) Full-time Senior

The role involves driving the development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain solutions, including managing the RFQ/RFP process and costing. The manager will coordinate across internal functional teams to ensure seamless handover from design to operations and lead business improvement projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the solution design process during RFQ/RFP initialisation, including proposals, presentations, and costing calculations
  • Drive customer business requirement documentation, clarifying and facilitating discussions across internal functional teams
  • Lead project implementations and the deployment of new businesses, ensuring effective and efficient handover from design to operations
  • Coordinate across operations, logistics engineering, IT, and account teams to deliver seamless solutions
  • Lead analysis of internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity, driving business improvement projects
  • Support the regional teams, contributing to multi-site project governance and delivery

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience in supply chain and logistics environments
  • Experience in solution design and logistics processes
  • Adeptness in managing time to ensure timely completion of assignments
  • Strong passion for supply chain and logistics
  • Customer-oriented approach, with ability to manage stakeholders and deal with complex issues
