The role involves driving the development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain solutions, including managing the RFQ/RFP process and costing. The manager will coordinate across internal functional teams to ensure seamless handover from design to operations and lead business improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the solution design process during RFQ/RFP initialisation, including proposals, presentations, and costing calculations
- Drive customer business requirement documentation, clarifying and facilitating discussions across internal functional teams
- Lead project implementations and the deployment of new businesses, ensuring effective and efficient handover from design to operations
- Coordinate across operations, logistics engineering, IT, and account teams to deliver seamless solutions
- Lead analysis of internal processes to improve efficiency and productivity, driving business improvement projects
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in supply chain and logistics environments
- Experience in solution design and logistics processes
- Adeptness in managing time to ensure timely completion of assignments
- Strong passion for supply chain and logistics
- Customer-oriented approach, with ability to manage stakeholders and deal with complex issues
