Responsibilities
- Co-ordinating with the team and creating the manual inserts for Catalog
- Taking the updates from the team leader and executing the updates
- Supporting the team in preparation of sending final catalog files to printer
- Handling the customer's escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements
- Maintaining extraordinary quality to meet the internal and external SLA expectations
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Indesign and Photoshop
- Ability to coordinate with the team
- Strong foundation in design and collaboration
