Product Designer

Lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, translating complex technical requirements into intuitive workflows and polished UI. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to evolve the Nitro Design System and improve overall platform usability.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design work from discovery through to delivery across new and existing product areas
- Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and workflow analysis
- Translate complex product and technical requirements into intuitive workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in UX or product design roles, ideally in SaaS or complex software environments
- Strong experience across the full design lifecycle: discovery, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, and validation
- Ability to design elegant solutions for technically complex workflows and data-rich products
