Lead the end-to-end product creation process from ideation to development to solve customer pain points. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product vision, roadmaps, and design strategies for business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall design projects while communicating with Business, Engineering, and Product teams
- Be proactive in establishing product vision and roadmap and play a strategic role in decision-making processes
- Improve processes more efficiently through collaborations with other design leaders of Product UX teams
- Set a priority for improvement directions by identifying and analyzing problems of the current products and services
- Assure design quality and suggest directions for improvement
Requirements
- BA in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, HCI, Computer Science, Psychology, or equivalent degree/experience
- Excellent portfolio of typography, interaction design, visual design, and user research
- Ability to skillfully utilize design tools such as Figma and Adobe
- 8+ years of experience in product design
- Experience in leading other designers in team-level projects
- Experience in building the overall strategy of projects and creating the basis of deliverables
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
