Onsite $70,000 - $80,000 Full-time Mid-level

Contribute to the design and development of furniture, lighting, and spatial systems through concept sketching, 3D modeling, and physical prototyping. Collaborate with architects and fabricators to create technical drawings and research sustainable manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of furniture collections, spatial systems, lighting fixtures, and product solutions
  • Participate in design charrettes and work sessions that help define strategic goals and design directions
  • Engage in hands-on collaboration with designers, architects, technical specialists, and fabricators
  • Produce concept sketches, 3D models, digital prototypes, and technical drawings
  • Build physical mock-ups, material studies, and scale study models

Requirements

  • Completion of undergraduate study or graduate study in Industrial Design, Environmental Design or similar object-based education platform
  • 1 – 5 years of relevant product design experience
  • High proficiency level of Solidworks along with rendering skills
