Graphic Designer

Design and produce high-quality marketing assets across digital and print platforms, including emails, social media, and ads. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and evolve design guidelines from conceptualization to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging marketing assets, including emails, social media graphics, digital ads, and print collateral
• Collaborate with the brand team to maintain a consistent visual identity across various channels and platforms
• Partner with the Design Director and cross-functional teams to execute high-quality creative solutions
• Drive end-to-end design projects, from conceptualization to final deployment, ensuring quality and brand consistency
• Develop innovative, on-brand creative concepts for the Growth Marketing team

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment
• Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Proficiency with contemporary AI-assisted creative tools and workflows
• Motion design experience, including proficiency with tools such as After Effects
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring or guiding other creatives
