Lead the design of AI-driven product solutions from concept to launch, focusing on complex workflows and user experiences for the construction industry. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to maintain the design system and mentor other design team members.
Responsibilities
- Shape product solutions across all product areas from concept to launch, owning key design deliverables that drive customer success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Product to integrate great UX into our core platform
- Spearhead user discovery and design validation with stakeholders, distilling complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Drive continuous improvement in our Document Crunch design system and best practices to ensure high-quality and sustainable design outcomes
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing applications, with a strong focus on B2B products
- Proven track record of leading design initiatives across multiple products or platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering 'visionary pragmatist' results
- Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (Figma, AdobeXD, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of UX design processes and methodologies, with an adaptive mindset open to new approaches
