Lead and scale the APAC-based global Design Bureau, overseeing the delivery of high-quality creative services across multiple regions. Manage a team of designers while optimizing workflows and maintaining brand consistency across all business units.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale ISMG's APAC-based global Design Bureau, delivering creative services to stakeholders across multiple regions and business units
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of designers while fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Partner with global creative leadership to maintain brand consistency, design quality, and best practices across all deliverables
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from intake and ideation through execution and delivery
- Establish and optimize workflows, service levels, quality standards, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 8+ years of professional design experience, including experience leading and developing creative teams
- Proven success managing a creative services function, design team, or shared-services model supporting multiple stakeholders
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital marketing, event marketing, presentations, and business-focused creative design
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
