Senior Visual Designer - (Advanced English) - Chile

Lead the end-to-end visual strategy and architectural decisions for complex product design systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-fidelity UI elements while mentoring junior designers and ensuring WCAG compliance.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end visual strategy for complex products and make high-level architectural decisions for design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a wide range of experience design deliverables including design systems & tokens, typographic scales, spacing and high-fidelity UI elements
- Facilitate workshops, develop unique design strategies for products and take part in making strategic decisions to ensure visual consistency, brand harmony and inclusive interfaces through WCAG accessibility guidelines
Requirements
- Strong communication capabilities to operate fluently in global environments requiring advanced English and advanced Spanish proficiency
- Experience in all things experience design with specialities in driving autonomous visual strategy, advanced UI & visual consistency and scalable design systems & tokens
- Comfortable leading and advising research activities on experience design projects by planning UX research and running usability testing to transform insights into product solutions
