Lead the visual direction and scalability of product aesthetics across multiple teams while mentoring senior designers. Create and evolve accessible design systems and conduct UX research to transform insights into high-fidelity digital products.
Responsibilities
- Lead design direction across multiple teams, defining the vision for scalability, mentoring senior designers, and bridging the gap between design, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Create and evolve scalable design systems, defining typographic scales, spacing, and tokens to transform how our clients work
- Execute high-fidelity UI components, ensuring visual consistency across colors, typography, and icons to guarantee brand harmony
- Conduct UX research and user tests to map journeys, validate hypotheses, and transform insights into digital products
Requirements
- Advanced English and advanced Spanish language skills
- Experience in design systems, defining precise typographic scales, spacing, and tokens for complex digital products
- Excellence in UI design, mastering colors, typography, and icons to guarantee strict visual consistency
- Experience in UX research and usability testing, employing different methods to map journeys and validate flows with real users
- Deep knowledge of WCAG, ensuring that all experience design deliverables follow accessibility and inclusion guidelines
