Lead the design of Piper, an AI agent, focusing on its reasoning brain and conversational presence across chat and video. Define new design patterns for autonomous agents in enterprise sales through rapid prototyping and close collaboration with engineering.
Responsibilities
- Designing the interface for shaping Piper's personality, goals, and objection handling
- Designing the live chat and video experience where the AI is the rep
- Prototyping quickly to explore ideas, test assumptions, and make things real
- Partnering closely with engineers to ship thoughtful, high-quality work
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years on AI or conversational experiences
- Fluent in AI tooling as a core part of their work
- Strong visual and interaction craft
- Comfortable without a detailed brief, able to define the problem alongside the solution
- Works directly with engineers and ML, no handoff culture
