New Grad Product Designer

The designer will create core product experiences and AI-first workflows from early concepts to shipped features. They will also define design patterns and collaborate with engineers and customers to refine the product's visual craft and utility.
Responsibilities
- Designing core product experiences from early concepts to shipped features
- Defining and evolving Plot's design patterns, systems, and practices
- Raising the bar for visual craft, interaction quality, and polish
- Partnering closely with engineers to ship thoughtful, high-quality work
- Talking directly to customers, joining calls, observing workflows, and translating needs into product decisions
- Prototyping quickly to explore ideas, test assumptions, and make things real
Requirements
- A tinkerer at heart with a strong background in design
- Fluent with AI tools and workflows
- Strong in craft and taste with a point of view and judgment
- A systems thinker who thinks in patterns, not one-off screens
- Comfortable with ambiguity and speed, able to navigate unclear problems and make decisions with incomplete information
- Product-minded with a focus on outcomes, not just outputs
