Design and execute intuitive digital experiences for a leading quick-serve restaurant brand. This includes performing research, ideating, and prototyping to ensure customer experiences are delightful and on-brand.
Responsibilities
- Designing and executing digital experiences that affect millions of customers and team members across thousands of restaurants
- Deeply understanding problems, performing research and usability studies, ideating and prototyping to ensure customer experiences are intuitive, delightful, and on brand
- Communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders and development teams in respectful ways that push for the best solutions
- Proactively identifying and advocating for better design and innovations that might have otherwise been missed
Requirements
- A solid understanding and demonstration of user-centered design principles
- Design efficient, functional, and enjoyable digital experiences
- Work flexibly across multiple product lanes within a complex system of interactions
- Get to know and empathize with customers, staff, and operators
- Highly proficient in Figma, utilizing components, layouts, and design systems to create wireframes, interactions, and prototypes
