- Identify emerging product opportunities by understanding user needs and the competitive landscape
- Lead a continuous research program that provides foundational and iterative insights to product innovation teams
- Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, and other teams to inform product decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Experience with research methods (e.g., usability, studies, contextual inquires, 1:1 interviews, unmoderated research studies)
